Essentials of Yoga
This class is a slow flow that focuses on mindfulness, alignment and breath within practice along with the philosophy of Yoga.
For the beginner to advanced student, here you will learn the essential elements of Yoga that you can bring into daily life to center your mind and relax your body.
Come to deepen your experience of Yoga, build your strength and flexibility, center your mind while giving you key Yogic skills.

Candle Light Restorative
This class is a based in a restorative slow flow focusing on relaxation, mindfulness and the essential breath.
For the beginner to advanced student, dive deeply into loosening tight muscles, calming a busy mind and releasing life stress.
Begin your week within a Zen sacred space so that it can be easier to handle the busyness of life.
