Fee-For-Service LCSW
Part-Time, Hybrid, Fully Virtual Will Be Considered
 

We are looking for a part-time fee-for-service LCSW to join us in working toward the mission of WHC.  The ideal candidate will be reliable and dedicate to supporting their clients, enjoy engaging with a team of psychotherapist and have interest in learning holistic therapist to add to their practice skills.

Joining WHC is becoming a part of a team of seasoned psychotherapists who provide committed support to clients and colleagues alike.  Our priority is compassionate support and individualized, quality services.  In becoming part of the collaborative, you will grow in your practice and therapeutic skills including, and beyond, traditional therapies.  Interested candidates can also learn how to establish their own private practice once fully licensed.

Job description

  • Receive weekly supervision to attain hours for full licensure (LICSW)

  • (OPTIONAL) Receive professional coaching on establishing sole proprietorship and creating a private practice (after passing the LICSW exam)

  • Preform assessment and diagnosis according to the DSM-V

  • Conduct bio-psycho-social history taking and develop treatment plans

  • Provide individual/couples/family therapy sessions

  • Receive guidance on implementing various therapies including DBT, CBT and holistic therapies

  • Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary

  • Collaborate with colleagues for supportive guidance

  • Attend WHC meetings and engage in practice decision making processes

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

  • Submit daily insurance coding

  • Maintain up to date knowledge on new therapies and treatment modalities

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work

  • Active state license as a Clinical Social Worker

  • Proficiency in clinical counseling techniques

  • Interest in learning/applying holistic skills within therapy.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $55 per clinical hour with possibility for growth

  • Paid membership to CE4LESS, unlimited access to virtual CEU's

  • Free onsite CEU course access

  • This is a fee for service position

  • Pre-tax Health Savers Account

  • Weekly supervision toward LICSW licensure

Elder Case Manager
Fee for billable service

We are looking for a compassionate part-time fee-for-billable-service Case Manager to support the elderly and their care givers in Halifax, MA & surrounding areas. Sarah is passionate about the dire need to support this vulnerable population.

Our ideal candidate is extremely dedicated and reliable, detail oriented and passionate about their work.

Job description

  • Provide attentive, compassion-centered support to elders and their caregivers

  • Preform assessment of needs and create congruent action plans to access and coordinate needed resources

  • Engage with community organizations and providers to expand service awareness

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers involved with client care

  • Attend weekly supervision to discuss referrals, areas of challenge and problem-solve complex client needs

  • Understand crisis intervention strategies in case of mental health emergencies

  • Collaborate with WHC collogues for support and guidance

  • Attend WHC meetings and engage in practice decision making processes

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

  • Submit daily insurance coding according to Medicare guidelines

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of new resources available to elders and their caregivers

Qualifications:

  • BSW or related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in case management services

  • Valid driver's license

  • Experience with disability services or elder care preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Up to $40 for billable service

  • This is a fee for billable service position

  • For LCSW applicants : Paid membership to CE4LESS, unlimited access to virtual CEU's; Free onsite CEU course access
